• The deadline for new CT or FT exam applications is Friday, August 15, 2025

• The deadline for CT to FT applications is Wednesday, December 31, 2025

• The deadline for recertification applications is Wednesday, December 31, 2025

• The deadline for recertification extensions is Saturday, January 31, 2026
  • Requests must be submitted on or before December 31. Click here to submit your request.

• Retired status applications are accepted on an ongoing basis

• Reinstatement application deadlines are on a per-case basis
